John W. Cunard - April 9, 2016 Brother Cunard worked as a Class A Lineman for AEP and retired from South Central Power 1986-1999.
Carson J. Cox - May 9, 2016 Brother Cox worked mainly for Young Electric, Elm Grove Electric and Yahn Electric for many years. He retired in 2007.

Kenneth W. Castilow - August 27, 2016 Brother Castilow, know by many as "KC", was a 5th year Apprentice in our Hall. Son-in-Law to our Business Agent Thomas L. Conner
Ernest Thomas - December 28, 2016 Brother Thomas resided in Wheeling with his wife Marge.
Thomas Schultz, Sr. - January 4, 2017. His son is still an active member with our Local.
Adam W. Bartoszewciz - January 21, 2017 Brother Bartoszewicz was know as "Walt Bartos" to many. He received his 45 year service pin in December 2016.
John E. Armstrong, Jr. - April 26, 2017 Brother Armstrong, "Jack", was also a US Navy Veteran and avid family man.
Carl S. Valloric - May 9, 2017 Brother Valloric flew himself down to Florida in November 2016 in his own private plane. He passed while living in Florida.
Gary P. Fitzsimmons - July 4, 2017 Brother Fitzsimmons worked for Bayer for several years. He resided in New Martinsville, WV.
Joseph R. Dallison, Jr. - October 9, 2017 Brother Dallison was the owner of Bryan Electric. He became a Union Brother May, 2015. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed watching his grandchildren play ball.
Thomas G. Sarris - November 12, 2017 Brother Sarris was married to his late wife Norma (Minder) Sarris for 67 years before her passing March 28, 2017. He is survived by his daughter Jody Salvatore.
John C. Pollock - February 2, 2018 Brother Pollock had several cousins living in the area. He was an active member of St. Francis Xavier Cathloic Church and a devote Cathloic. He was also a member pf the Knights of Columbus Father Flanigan Council 1907 Assembly of the 4th degreee.
Joyce A. Madrid - February 25, 2018 Joyce was our secretary at The Hall for 15+ years. She was fondly described as being able to multi-task with no limits! She resided in Florida where her two sons Edward and Steven still live.
Stanley K. Jasinski - March 7, 2018 Brother Jasinski was as officer for many years. He held the title of Treasurer for the Hall for 27 years. He was a volunteer for 50 years on the Board of IBEW #141 Credit Union where he served for 47 years.
Daniel B. Amend - March 18, 2018 Brother Amend was a good stoy teller and always had us laughing. He retired in 2001.
Lewis E. Sheppard -April 20, 2018 Brother Sheppard worked for South Central Power. He had worked there for so many years that they called it Belmont Electric CoOp at the time. He is survived by his wife Janice.
Ernest J. Anthony - May 16, 2018 Brother Anthony worked at New River Electric and Chapman Corp on the Mobay project.
Harold Hickenbottom - July 7, 2018 Brother Hickenbottom was a South Central Journeyman Lineman that resided in Barnesville at the time of his passing. He is survived by his lovely wife Martha.
Stanley J. Boroski - September 30, 2018 Brother Boroski is survived by his wife Marylee. He was Co-Owner of United Electric at a point in his life. He was in the US Air Force and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He was known to his family as their Superman!
Edward A. Reynolds, Jr - October 15, 2018 Brother Reynolds was the son of Ed, Sr and Hazel (Bitzer) Reynolds. He is survived by his wife Cheryl and daughter Lynn Mikels.
James C. Kinnison - December 13, 2018 Brother Kinnison was once the President of our Local. He is the father of our active member James M. Kinnison. He was 71 years old.
William "Jay" Kuntz - December 29, 2018 Brother Kuntz was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and a U.S. Army Veteran. He had great love for his family, friends and "The Farm". Besides being an electrician for 55 years he enjoyed gardening and baking.
John P. McClellan - January 23, 2019 Brother McClellan was know as "The Dancing Bear" by his electrician friends. He was a funny individual and will be missed by many.
Michael E. Fedczak - February 9, 2019 Brother Fedczak was a devoted member for 56 years and worked on the Apprenticeship Committee for a long time. He is survived by his lovely wife Emma Jean.
Julius Phillips - May 25, 2019 Brother Phillips was a JATC Instructor and served as the head of the Apprenticeship Committee for years. Prior to the IBEW, he joined the Marines for 2 years and the Navy for 3 in which he served on the USS Rowe.
Randy P. Miller - July 31, 2019 Brother Miller was our former Organizer of 17 years. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and gun collector. He is survived by his wife Kathy, son Keith and daughter Renee.
John R. Criswell - October 24, 2019 Brother Criswell was an Electrician for Ormet and retired from Marshall County Schools and was a member of First Church of God in McMechen. He is survived by his wife Sandy (Zajac) Criswell.
Robert F. Palmer - February 2, 2020 Brother Palmer is survived by his wife Eileen.
Mark A. Zinko - April 18, 2020 Brother Zinko was working as an Electrician in Disney World in Orlando, FL. He is survived by his wife Michelle "Shelley".
James A. Scheuer, Jr. - June 1, 2020 Brother Scheuer was 41 when he passed and will be missed by many! He was a humble man, had a close relationship with his parents and loved his dog Rocki. He is also survived by his sister, her husband and his nephew. He graduated WPHS & was a member of Corpus Christi Parish.
Charles K. Smith - August 18, 2020 Brother Smith owned Smith Electric. He worked til a very old age and kept busy. His son is also and electrician with 141. He passed at the age of 85 years old.
Paul J. Tepe - March 5, 2021 Brother Tepe was 90 years old when he passed. He was a member of Corpus Christi Parish in which he sang in the funeral choir, Knights of Columbus #12830, 4th Degree Member of Assembly #1185 and Wheeling Elks. He loved golf! He is survived by his daughter (2 grandchildren) and wife of 61 years.
Robert R. McLaughlin - May 22, 2021 Brother McLaughlin was 81 years old at the time of his passing. He was an avid golfer & was a member of the Oglebay & Wheeling Park Clubs. He also served for the US Marine Corp. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Pamela and 3 children.
Stephen G. Finney - September 10, 2021 Brother Finney is survived by his wife Roseanna. They were 2 peas in a pod.
Joseph F. Campbell, Sr. - October 19, 2021* Brother Campbell worked at South Central Power and was nicknamed Jo Jo by many. He was a good Steward for the company. He is survived by his wife, children and many great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
David W. Myers, Sr. - November 21, 2021. Brother Myers resided in North Carolina with his wife Sandra. He was a Navy Veteran and a former Recording Secretary at Local 141.
Wallace W. Major - January 19, 2022 Brother "Wally" Major was a U.S. Army Veteran, he was a member of the DAV Post 117, Rock Hill Fire Dept and was the Fire Warden in Pultney Township. He is survived by his wife Deanna and three children.
Larry L. Ramsay - July 18, 2022 Brother "Lobo" had almost 49 years as an IBEW member. He is survived by his wife and 2 children. He was 73 years old.
James "Freddie" Russell, Sr. - August 8, 2022 Freddie was a comedian on the job sites and will be missed by many. We remember him to have been one of our 2 oldest members with 73 years of service to the IBEW.
Job M. Sorge - September 29, 2022 Job was in Peterson Hospital being well taken care of towards the end. He is survived by his loving sisters Marth and Hazel of Wheeling.
Kevin J. VanCamp - September 29, 2022 Served in the Army as an Electrical Instrumentation Specialist that served stateside and in Germany during the Vietnam Era. He was an active member of the American Legion Post #67 and he enjoyed his retirement on his private farm with his family. He is survived by his daughter and granddaughter both of Sistersville, WV.
Edward P. Duffy - November 6, 2022 Brother Duffy was the husband of our retired secretary Eileen Duffy. He worked at Warwood Armature and was said to be very reliable and a good worker. Edward was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church and refereed for Ohio Valley sports for 30 years.
Joseph R. Bidka - January 21, 2023 Brother Bidka worked for Chapman Corporation for 31 years and was the shop Steward for 20 years. He was a member of the St Francis Xavier Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Kelley of 41 years, 1 brother, 1 sister and 5 nieces & nephews.
Paul L. Hammond, Jr. - April 9, 2023 Brother Hammond was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Cedar Avenue Church of Christ. He had 34 years of service with the IBEW.
John E. Dusci - September 18, 2023 Brother Dusci was a Journeyman Wireman and an exceptional Mechanic. He had an agreeable personality and had 59 years of service to the IBEW.
Edwin A. Timberlake - December 7, 2023 Brother Timberlake had 60 years in the trade. He was close to his daughter & son and had several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joseph H. Bauduin - January 9, 2024 Brother Bauduin had 66 years of service to the IBEW. He is survived by his wife Ann. He was 89 years old.
John M. Antlake - January 13, 2024 Brother Antlake worked for United Electric for many years.
Christopher M. White - January 20, 2024 Brother White was a BA member working for Warwood Armature at the time of his passing.
Robert A. Kubovicz - January 21, 2024 Brother Kubovicz was the owner of United Electric. He had been employed with United Electric since 1974. He spent many years on the Apprenticeship Committee. He will be missed by the whole community that he touched with his kindness.
Lynn E. McKee - January 28, 2024 Lynn was a secretary at Local 141 for 15 years from 1996-2011. She was said to be a wonderful person, very helpful and knowledgeable. She loved her dog Milo dearly.
Paul V. Kartman, Sr. - February 23, 2024 Brother Paul owed Kartman Electric years ago, he was an Electrician for 36 years but also loved mechanics. He raced stock cars. He had 2 sons, 1 daughter, 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Gary D. Lucas - May 14, 2024 Brother Lucas worked for South Central Power for 35 years as a Journeyman Lineman. He loved to go to sales and auctions, farming and loved camping with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, 2 sons, 2 daughters, brother and extended family.
Clarence J. Ramsay - July 15, 2024 Brother Ramsay owned Ramsay Electric and worked as a maintenance supervisor for the former City Hospital in Bellaire. He also served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years Shirley, his children and 6 grandchildren.
Thomas E. Binkowski - August 27,2024 Brother Binkowski was known by the nickname "Bingo". He was 65 years old. He is survived by his wife and 2 daughters.
